Since the age of twelve Ceci Casariego starts her studies of Plastic Arts in different private workplaces in her city of birth Buenos Aires (Argentina). In 1989 she is following classes at the "Escuela de Artes Visuales" without still having finished her secondary studies.

In 1991 Ceci studies Art Direction and Advertising Redaction at the "Escuela Superior de Creativos Publicitarios", during three years. She joins Daniel Fidanza during his course "Dibujo en el Hemisferio Izquierdo".

In 1994 Ceci will join the workplace of plastic artist Maria Luisa Mannassero and master in portraiture, during six years.

From 1997 on she participates in several group expositions in Buenos Aires, where she obtains contracts with the Centoira and Mosto Rojas Arte galleries. In 2000 she occasionally joins the workplace of the plastic artist Juan Doffo.

In 2003 Ceci moves to Spain, where she wins the yearly competition at the El Corte Inglés in Santander. She works in different art houses in Santander, Madrid and Málaga, and gets hired as an artistic decorator.

In februari 2004 Ceci moves to Belgium with her Flemish husband Bruno Mazereel. At the first of May she held her first exposition. At the end of october 2004 she finishes her first company assignment.

Times of adapting are ahead, but soon she can establish herself as a portraitist and nude paintor. More company assignments and portrait demands proove her qualities and acceptance.

Upon invitation Ceci joins the annual prestigious BP National Portrait Gallery contest (Londen). She makes it till the final round, and is so recognized as one of the top 50 portrait paintors worldwide.

Personal joy puts Ceci's career on hold for two years, as her firstborn Mia becomes a priority. Due to her husband's work, she will spend more time in Zaragoza (Spain), occasionally travelling back to Belgium.

From mid 2008 on Ceci will dedicate herself to new projects. All previous art works have been taken off her site, as she wishes to see this year as a break through following a new direction in her artistic life.
